Helpdesk

Access to our friendly team during normal working hours means we have engineers available for you between 9am and 5.30pm. Additional cover is available outside these hours if required.

Call Management

All calls are logged using our call ticketing system so we can manage the calls we receive and assign the right engineer to each problem.

Remote Support

Many issues can be dealt with remotely by one of our engineers and is quicker than travelling to deal with the issue on the premises. A familiar voice is on hand to either talk you through the solution or can log into your computer and take you through the solution process.

Onsite support

Unlimited on-site support from a member of your dedicated Business Technology Team to resolve issues that cannot be dealt with remotely.

System Housekeeping

As is the case with your home, your IT systems will need a clean and tidy now and again. Aparion will don it’s hypothetical apron and rubber gloves, making sure system defragmentation, disk cleanup, system patches and updates across your full system are all taken care of.

Software Support

Our Microsoft qualified engineers within your Business Technology Team are there to help with software issues on servers, operating systems and Microsoft office programs.

Server Monitoring

Monitoring your server is as important as making sure the rest of your systems work smoothly. Loss of your server could have a massive impact upon your business and bring productivity crashing to a halt.
